Cindy Smith is very passionate about every aspect of Real Estate…buying, selling, building, investing and negotiating.  Having lived in Tuscaloosa her entire life – Cindy definitely knows West Alabama and all it has to offer. 

In the summer of 2007 Cindy was given the opportunity to manage the construction of 30 homes. She is very proud to have recently passed the State of Alabama Home Builders License test and is looking forward to building more in the future.  If you are looking to custom build or buying your first home – Cindy has the expertise to lead you through the process.  Cindy specializes in new construction – having the expertise to work with both the builder and the client!

In her spare time, Cindy enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, skiing, scuba diving, surfing, riding horses, riding ATV’s or playing softball.  When not outside, Cindy enjoys music, photography, painting, attending wine tastings, going to see plays, and spending time with her family and friends.  Although Cindy is a lifelong resident of Tuscaloosa, she enjoys the excitement and experiences of traveling to foreign places such as England, Ireland, The Dominican Republic, Bahamas, Jamaica, Grand Cayman Islands, Mexico, Canada, and British Columbia.
